I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the rules and regulations, which apply to NEXT Fitness, I confirm that the information given on this Application form is correct, and hereby apply to be considered as a member of NEXT Fitness.
I understand that the Studio reserves the right to reject/ terminate this application without giving any reason.
The following rules and regulations pertaining to NEXT Fitness Studio. They have been formulated to ensure all users all rights and privileges are protected and to provide a safe, pleasant, and enjoyable atmosphere.
1. OBJECTIVES
To provide and make available to all members of the studio, all the services in order to promote and encourage a greater degree of well-being.
2. MEMBERSHIP
The Studio offers (2) categories of membership (VIP) & (EXCLUSIVE) and is governed by the following guidelines:
The Management will convene to assess the suitability of all applications and successful applicants will be notified. The decision of the management is final and no discussions will be entertained.
Membership is not transferable and non-refundable.
Items belonging to NEXT Fitness cannot be removed from the Studio Premises. Pet Animals are not permitted in the Studio.
3. SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription fee should be paid on the due dates and the Management reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member whose membership is not renewed.
4. THE RIGHTS OF NEXT FITNESS
The Management reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund if the member violates any rules, regulations or Laws of the Studio.
The Management has the right to close all facilities of the Studio due to repair, maintenance, and expansion of facility, weather conditions or special events, without advance notice.
The Management has the right to adjust fees for services and facilities at its description.
The Management has the right to alter, revoke, supplement, or augment these Rules and Regulations or make other rules and regulations of the Studio as it sees fit. In the event of cancellation of membership by either the Management or a Member, no refund of the fees will be made.
5. LIABILITIES
NEXT FITNESS shall not be responsible and liable for any loss or damage to property whatsoever, or any body injury, death, or illness of any member howsoever caused sustained or incurred arising out of or in any way corrected with the use, whether proper or otherwise of any of the equipment and facilities, whether
defective or not, of the Studio.
The Management is not responsible or liable for loss or theft of any valuables/personal effects of members.
6. POSTED RULES AND REGULATIONS
Members are obligated to adhere to all rules & regulations posted through the NEXT FITNESS Studio.
7. ETIQUETTE & BEHAVIOR
Food and beverage items from the outside will not be allowed in the Studio Premises.No personal sound system is permitted unless used with headphones. Members are requested to respect the rights of other members and refrain from shouting, foul language, and boisterous behavior.
8. SAFETY&HYGIENE
Persons with colds, infectious diseases, open lesions, skin diseases should refrain from coming to the Studio.
9. TIMINGS OF THE STUDIO
EMS STUDIO: 08:00 - 22:00
